I ordered early december and have not received any status.After three emails.... They took my money, and I planned on disputing the charge... Mason has not emailed me back and i'm getting pissed.... They suck do not buy this product... They are dishonest and scammers.... I wish I knew how to locate them.I would pay them a visit

J’ai commandé sans lire les avis…erreur… Je pensais à une arnaque car je ne recevais pas les affaires commandées mais finalement la veste chauffante est arrivée près de deux mois après la commande. Il manque encore la batterie mais je ne désespère pas. La qualité de la veste est médiocre au vue du prix relativement élevée (120€). Bref ce n’est pas une arnaque mais il faut être patient. Site à fuir tout de même.

J'ai commandé 2 gilets chauffants en manches longues et capuche... 1 en 3xl qui est trop petit et son bouton s'allume quand je branche la batterie mais je ne peux pas l'éteindre a moins de débrancher la batterie. Le 2eme fonctionne très bien mais il est sans manches et pas du tout le modèle que j'ai commandé... Le service client est pretiquement absent...
