Very easy to order, and I received my hearing aids in two days, had a conference call with them to help me set it up to my phone. What a great experience.

Product specialist was very knowledgeable and informative, and gave me a great price.

Best hearing aid buying experience. My wife and I have owned several brands of hearing aids and had sat through more than a few 'sell sessions' with local providers. Our experience with BuyHearingAid.com was over the top - professional and caring. All our questions were answered, and we even received a call back to make sure we understood the answers to our questions. The pricing was competitive with other online providers and we were able to use the best price guarantee to our benefit. We purchased (2) pairs of the Starkey AI24 hearing aids and couldn't be happier!

Very good experience and fast service
