Buy Fire Alarm PartsReviews of buyfirealarmparts.com

Quick response and got part when expected and I was able to take care of our customer.

Timely shipping & Easy return. Received the smoke alarm quickly (I wanted a black one, for our new, dark basement). Unfortunately, I quickly deduced it could not be installed in series with other existing Kidde ones we had so I had to return it. Quick and simple and was refunded promptly. Thank you!

Fast response and fair prices

Excellent service from start to finish. I initially tried to purchase this product through the official distributor, but they gave me so much runaround that I eventually gave up and started looking elsewhere. Thankfully, I found you. From the moment I entered your website to the phone support I received, everything was first-class. The ordering process was smooth, and the customer service team was knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful. I purchased the Hochiki FN-LCD-S-R Serial LCD Annunciator (Red), and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you for such a professional and efficient service — truly appreciated.
