I needed a panel ASAP to take care of a customer. They were able to overnight it same day. While we ran into an issue with UPS, Buy Fire Alarm Parts did everything in their power to make it right. They have a wide selection yeah we’re very easy to deal with.

Hunter and his crew went above and beyond to help me replace a voice panel and it's microphone. I am very satisfied and will use them again.

I was in a real pickle and UPS screwed up my delivery. BFAP called me and offered to send a duplicate to me overnight so I could get the client off Fire Watch. I have never had a company offer to help me out to that extent on their dime.Great service!!!

everything worked well , Recommendation you get a support contract with the Mfg's Local dealer wanted $400.00 to come program the pull station, I did it in a half hour. Called Edwards and they were "we are not helping you cause your not certified" We will never sell their products, bad attitude.
