Buy Fire Alarm PartsReviews of buyfirealarmparts.com

I have had nothing but great success with RYBB! I have been buying parts from them for over 3 years now The parts are shipped in a timely matter and now all tracking information is provided right away. I have spent over $15000.00 buying parts from them and they have not let me down. Whatever issues may have come up were resolved correctly.I will continue to buy parts from them. There pricing is great and has helped my bottom line greatly..

Spoke to customer rep about an old board for a Miniscan 524 - very helpful, referred me to an expert in the office, shipped the board the same day - there was one in stock...all this on 12/23/21 after 2 pm eastern time. Couldn't be better.

The Buy Fire Parts Team provided the Professional Services which guaranteed our Customers to maintain their Fire Alarm Systems in normal operating conditions. Avoiding costly Fire Watch expenses. The complete Staff is very knowledgeable and provide what ever needs to get done!! Ty!!!

This company is fantastic when it comes to placing orders and getting your purchases expeditiously…I’m talking like in less than a week from placing the order! Their prices are a bit high, but sometimes I’d rather pay the higher price than to wait 3 or 4 weeks (sometimes not receiving the order at all…which actually happened) for the same parts at other companies !

I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a fire alarm part... especially those that are hard to find. I worked with Hunter who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. His input helped me navigate a tricky, time-sensitive situation and saved our nonprofit from having to completely replace a fire panel. Thank you, Hunter!

Quick delivery of the fire alarm devices after ordering, and great customer service.

The order was received promptly and the equipment worked as specified!

they got me my parts faster than expected especially when some vendors were back ordered for 4-6 weeks
