Quick response time.

Had small shipping issue. I called and a real person answered!! Issue taken care of immediately. Highly recommend

Fast shipping and items arrived in good condition. Tracking information made it easier to track material to keep our customers updated. Excellent experience with this order! Thank you once again!

My house is on the beach in a salt air environment. My previous alarm disintegrated due to the harsh environment. I bought a replacement from another company but the mechanism housing was pot metal. It would not have lasted a week. Yours is sealed heavy plastic. Just what I needed. I realized that the gong has to be metal but yours has a nice paint coat on it. If it wears out I will just replace that part and not the whole mechanism.
