Signed up to get an online quote, instead received over 10 calls within an hour and 2 sales reps at my door to sell me a copier. All I wanted was an online quote.

The BuyerZone served as a major instrument in connecting our national organization with agencies,corporations and associations that could assist in improving future events . We found the sellers to be knowledgeable of the services they provide and, how such service could assist in improvement of future planning at the national and international level. The National Association of African American Studies and affiliates would encourage any organization in the process of planning an event at the local,national , and international level to participate in the BuyerZone program.

Received three follow-up communications from vendors with whom we will pursue for possible purchase. Appreciate BuyerZone making this a seamless process.

I don't know if I like my experience yet.I am still researching the information received from the companies that contacted me. Three companies have reached me, promptly, thank you, but I have to do research on what they offer and how well they are reviewed by previous customers before I have an opinion. My only negative (so far) is that I would have rather not have had my phone number given to the companies. I am very busy and like to do most of my preliminary work on the internet.

Response time was incredible !!! With multiple responses

During your initial response to my query, I was told I would get contacted by 3 suppliers... in fact only 2 companies contacted me... bummer, I know little about the topic, and my sources of information/education was cut by a 1/3 before I even got started... Of the 2 companies that contacted me, one is a very well known name serving customers internationally... the other is an unknown, at least to me... Finally, we, (the manufacturers and I) are in the initial contact stage so, reviewing anything about their products, or their customer oriented service at this time is a non-starter....

I like the response I got from several different companies.

After filling out all the "required "personal information the ONLY result was to recieve a phone call to confirm that the number was viable. I feel exposed and used.
