Saw an advert that was interested - VOIP services. I am looking to set that up in the future. So, I filled in a form, saying what I needed, and when I needed it (6 months). In under 24 hours, hit with over 18 calls and mailers - I don't have time for that level. Each one tries to apologize and explain why I am the one they need to speak with. I deeply regret filling in the form. The impression the form gave me was that buyer zone would be providing the data, not selling my details. Bait and switch, ugly business.

We're sincerely sorry that our service was not what you were looking for. Our goal is to put you in contact with several companies that will offer you competitive price quotes for the product you are looking for. We can request that our vendors stop contacting you. If you would like us to do so, please contact us at 888-393-5000

I got great response so that should be a 5 star! However, all the replies were from something much more involved than I need... so I did not find a solution for my problem from them.

We're glad our partners were helpful, but sorry you didn't find what you needed! Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to help.

When looking for a contractor through a specified website, a pop up appeared, which I thought was the contractor I had chosen. I filled out my information and the next day I am getting calls from all over the country for quotes for my project. I am extremely unhappy with Buyer Zone! I am looking for a local company. No way to get out of this now.

We're very sorry that this service was not what you were looking for. We are showing that we matched your request with 2 metal building sellers. We can certainly ask that they refrain from contacting you. If you would like us to do that, please contact us at 888-393-5000

I really thought i was asking for. Quote from one specific company but instead was bombarded by phone calls and emails from many different companies all wanting my imediate attention. I felt like a fresh kill in the desert with vultures swarming around to get a peck at me. Really not what i was looking for and quite frankly exactly why i hate to fill out these forms online.

We're very sorry that this was not what you expected. Our goal is to match you to several companies who will then contact you and provide you with competitive pricing. If you would like us to ask these companies to refrain from contacting you further, please contact us at 888-393-5000
