When I inquired to get some information about a new phone system, I was immediately bombarded with phone calls and emails from multiple companies trying to sell me their systems. I literally had 3 or 4 calls at the same time. While I appreciate the quick response time (really, I do.), I'm the front desk and need to be answering phones for clients. Being inundated with multiple sales people from multiple companies all at once isn't very conducive to getting any clear answers for what I need, or allow me to still do my job answering customer calls coming in.

I signed up for this because I thought I would get actual quotes from multiple companies not just a list of company names, contact info and descriptions which I could have gotten from a quick internet search.

After submitting my needs to Buyer Zone I was promptly emailed a supplier and was notified that they would contact me directly, that never happened. I called and emailed the company listed, where I got a voice mail but my call or email was never returned. At this point in time I will be doing another internet search for the equipment I need and I will removing Time Clock Plus from my search. Buyer Zone was however great. They responded very quickly and even followed up their email with a pleasant call explaining how the process should have worked.

Within seconds of requesting information I had multiple, business specific vendors responding. Quick and responsive, thanks!

I appreciated the email with links to some very helpful articles. However I would have preferred to visit with the contacts all by email instead of phone since I am part of our call center and am on the phone regularly. I got several phone calls within a few mins and was too busy with customers to be able to take all of the calls. Need to have an option to pick preferred method of contact.

After less than an hour, I asked them to completely delete my request for information. I asked, both verbally and in email, that no one phone me. Within a few minutes I had several phone calls. They are apparently very good at getting leads to their subscribers, but not very good at listening to their potential buyers.

Given the need to get bids for federal contracts and also for price comparisons, this is a very useful service--a one-stop-shop for sourcing bids. Very courteous call.
