Felt a little mislead. Filled out the questions and was told I would receive online information. Silly me, expecting that. Instead, I walked into my office at 8:20 AM and there were already vendors on the phone. By 10 AM I'd had 5 calls, some local, some national. Not really what I was looking for. Don't have the time to spend all day on the phone listening to sales pitches. Would prefer to have received emails with information about the vendor and then choose who I want to speak with.

Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.

I am on the run for the next few days to meetings and to events when I cannot have my phone on. There wasn't a place for me to explain that emails will be the best way to work with me. I can digest the information as my time permits and then call or email back to the company. We shall see how this works as I begin to hear from the companies.

I was promised to be contacted with quotes after filling in information about our needs, and there was NO QUOTE, just telling me to call a phone number and talk to more people. What a total waste of time.
