I found it hard to believe you would send me epinephrine ampules with only a 6 month expiration date. Usually in the past I have received ampules with a year expiration date. What do I have to do ask before I buy them. Very dissatisfied

Website was hard to find things along with other items discontinued. Had to call customer service to find items that were not ahown on website that they had. I have used emp for so many years while in military and now civilian. It seems stock has dramatically dropped. I am sure this is due to covid but let us know the reason.

Thank you for the review. Regarding back orders, it depends on the manufacturer's reason as to why the item is on back order. Though while a few of them are for the same reason such as shipping materials to them, there are some that have a different reasoning.

It is nearly impossible to make a return. I left several messages to try to get an RMA for return. Never got a reply. Now I’m well out of the window to get any sort of refund. On the plus side, I’m happy how quick shipments go out, and arrive.

We called Customer Service and they were not able to answer questions on numerous products. We also have asked EMP SEVERAL times to add more pictures in reference to there products, but still have the same issue. It seems like it doesn't pay to voice your concerns. The reason was low, is because the Quote for the King Vision was not clear on the adapter which did not come with the scope. I order the blades that had to have the adapter kit. The sales rep. should have informed me about this. Now I have to buy the adapter which is another 400. I wish I have known about this.
