Our Sportsman Club had been donated a used unit that only needed pads, our order for pads went from a probable ship date to a possible date to unknown ship date over the next 7 to 8 months. We decided to order a new complete unit and that was when Fran Black got involved. I don't know if it was coincidence or Fran's influence that got things moving but we got all we needed in less than a month. I give the overall experience 3 stars and Fran 5 for an average of 4.

Ordering is easy, products arrive fast. I would like to have a copy of the receipt sent along.

Product-989803170891 ordered was not well described on the website. I was expecting a more universal fit in the AED carrier but was disappointed in how it fit.

It would have been 5 stars if the order would have been shipped when it said it would and not a couple days later.

Placed an order. All products in stock and shipped in one package. No backorders, which was nice. Since warehousing shipments come out of Indiana, delivery to my location is an extra two days compared to Cudahy.
