I have used King candles in the past…
I have used King Kone candles in the past and have been unable to find them. These candles look like and are similar in size but are not the same. The diameter is slightly larger therefore the end which fits into the ear is uncomfortable. I am not sure that the debris which comes out is actually pollen and wax from my ear. I will try again but there seems to be a big difference. This wasn't a bad experience I was just commenting on the candles. I ordered 10 and will use them all. The initial use was different than my previous candles.

Dear buyer, we are sorry that you had a bad experience with our candles. We have never had any other customers complain about the funnel size of any of our candles, so we were unaware that this might be an issue for some users. In the future, please contact us first if you have any issues with your order. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have before you leave us a bad review. We could have made a new batch of candles that have a smaller funnel at the end to better accommodate your needs. However, we do not know to accommodate or help you if you never contact us.
