I stumbled upon Nature’s Beeline LLC while searching for a unique candle, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The website was clean and easy to navigate, but the real magic happened when I found their "Buy Ear Candles" section. I was drawn to the natural scents, and the description was so vivid I could practically smell the lavender and vanilla. However, when I clicked to buy, I was disappointed to see only one option available. No customization, no variety-just one size and scent. I expected more, especially for a brand that prides itself on nature. Still, the candle itself was beautifully packaged and smelled amazing. If they ever add more choices, I’ll be back in a heartbeat.

Dear buyer, I am not sure where you read that we offer lavender or vanilla scented ear candles since we have never offered scented candles ever before. We try to avoid adding any additional scents or artificial products to keep our ingredients list as natural and minimal as possible. We believe less is better when it comes to the creation of our candles. This makes them suitable for all users including those who are sensitive to scents, have allergies or skin conditions. We do however offer 3 different sizes: medium, large, and kong (XXL). I am glad to hear you enjoyed your purchase even if it seemed limited. For these reasons, I hope you will consider to change this review from 1 star (terrible product/service) to at least 4 stars (mostly positive) since there were no issues with your order or the service you were provided.
