Ordered a very specific item for a reason, recieved a completely different (useless to me) one instead. Company claims they are the same thing and are refusing to rectify the situation. Needless the say, if I wanted what I recieved i'd have ordered one of the dozens they have available. I just wanted what I paid for! Who treats returning paying customers like this!!!
