Thought I'd give this vendor another shot, hoping that their shipping had improved and it would arrive before I leave Friday. Unfortunately, label printed Monday morning. Didn't scan until Tuesday at 11pm. Won't be using them again

You guys really screwed the pooch on this one! You canceled the order, twice! Without any reason given. We found another seller with less expensive product. We've been doing business with them for at least a couple of years and with this it's time to part wz

We tried to order twice. I called customer service and was told we were showing we were in Texas and our address said we are in NC. We've done business with them for years without any issues. If they don't want our money, there are plenty of businesses that do!
