My order arrived earlier than expected and product was exactly what I ordered.

As the title implies, my tracking link wouldn't work and it js showed up even tho it said it hasn't even shipped. It did come rather fast tho i think i lwk dont remember. Kinda disappointed bc I had my hopes up to the standard of last time I ordered. Then I was also missing a part of my order.. as I had ordered a box of 30 packets 1k each and only received one of the packets that comes inside the box?? They don't even sell those individually I think. Although customer support did help and ship it out, I still had receieved it later and they also took 2 days to get back to me after I had emailed them what they asked for. Not saying I'm mad about it i just wouldn't give the service a good score 🤷‍♀️
