I bought Black Myth: Wukong but didn’t get access right away due to an issue on their end. I reached out to support, and after three days waiting for a reply, they resolved it, and now I’m playing! 😄 So, be patient with them—they’re not scammers. Just relax and wait; they will get back to you.

I bought on 28 august wukong black myth. I installed the game but it wouldn't start. Was getting a denuvo message. I send about 3 email message to buycheapplaycheap but no response. After about 14 hours the game start working. So after a long time waiting i could play the game. But the reason why i'm giving 1 star is because the helpdesk didn't send any message back. Even after 4 days. I still have a lot of quistions about buying more games but i'm not going to send anymore email to the company. And i'm not going to buy any more games. Because if i am going to have problems in the future with my purchased games they will not response.
