This store is amazing! They have a great selection of headwear for veterans including some hard to find items. I found out about them at the VA hospital. Prices are good, communication is very good, products are great I buy this kind of stuff regularly, so its good to have one place I can trust

Ordered a couple hats. Was charged and never recieved. Didn't receive a reply to email to company. Called bank to cancel transaction... Then after several weeks, get an email from hat company with survey for their service.. What a joke will never order from them.

Per our written policy, some items may take longer to be shipped. We communicated, via email twice with customer about status and estimated shipping time; however, customer lied to their credit card company and said the order was different than they ordered...we submitted proof to bank that the order had NOT yet shipped, which proved customer LIED! This is still being investigated by them. In the meantime, the customer was issued a FULL REFUND and order was cancelled. That is the ONLY reason we did not proceed with shipment. Trustpilot sends feedback request automatically, not us!

I bought a Doo Rag with the US Flag stars and stripes. I costed a few dollars more because of the design. I really liked the flag design so I bought it and waited for it to get to me.To my surprise, what arrived was not what I ordered at all. It would have been nice as well as professional to at least ask whether I would accept another design. There is no phone contact, only an email address. Doesn't look like anyone is the slightest concerned after taking my money for something I never ordered. I would be shocked if I EVER hear from anyone there. For me, I learned this is a place I will never buy from again. I support our military but you are still choosing to run a business, and as such there is such thing as as being up front. It was not my fault that the order was wrong. I wanted what I ordered. Ok so it doesn't bother you if I don't buy from you anymore. You got me. But I hope someone reads this and decides to use a little more discretion before giving you one thin dime. Seriously, do not buy from this vendor. Finally heard back after 3 emails in which I asked for some kind of resolution. Only heard from them after this review. I sent 3 emails and they say just let us know and it would be resolved (my words). Still waiting........Bottom line..I sent good money, They sent the wrong item. That is my responsibility. Their responsibility is to send what I ordered. Still waiting.. I sent the emails on the email address they give on their website. It's simple... the email address they give on their website is the way to contact about the order they screwed up. I am not allowed to send the information of any email address via this review line. Again I sent the information 3 times to the email on their own website. If they did not get it then the information is incorrect on their own website where it says contact.

This customer has chosen to be dishonest and egregious! We are human and may occasionally make a mistake. So ask yourself what kind of "person" tries to tank a Veteran-Owned Small Business over a a mistake that cost a few bucks...instead of simply contacting us to work it out...well it is beyond words or even sanity!!! We have been in business Over 22 years, taking great care of our dear customers. Before this customer edited the original feedback, he stated he wanted to talk via phone (we don't have the staff to man phone calls). Thus, we originally responded to his comment stating we only communicate via email. This is also to have a written record of correspondence, which greatly helps prevent misunderstandings...NOW he CHANGED the original comment and suddenly "claims" he sent us 3 emails...Don't make FALSE statements! We are very responsive to our customers when they contact us. Had the customer actually sent us an email (let alone 3) about the matter, we would have graciously apologized if we made an error and asked for a photo of what he received...then rectified the matter accordingly! Simple right? He also could have just returned the item for a refund. Some folks are just toxic, ranting keyboard trolls. TRUTH is...the email address on our site is CORRECT and apparently works for Everybody else, except for this special kind of numbskull and his idiocrasy. We have been business for over 22 years, with thousands of Repeat customers, who are hardworking Veterans, Bikers, Athletes, Medical Professionals, Retirees, Moms and Dads, Truckers, Construction Workers, Laborers and just about everyone in between. So we Must be doing something RIGHT!!! ~Owner and U.S. Army Veteran with memberships in: The American Legion, VFW, DAV and Womens Veterans Alliance

I order 3 skull caps and only 1 arrived. They would not or did not believe me and fixed the issue, will never recommended a company that will do this especially to us veterans. And they did not rule in your favor I already gave the one to a spouce of a marine that passed away during combat. I was told to send it back for a refund and of course I could not do that. I didn't have it anymore so I decided to close the dispute Here you go this company lies here is the statement from PayPal Case status:Closed You canceled this case
Response from Buy Caps and HatsMay 28, 2024
Evidence showed USPS scanned pkg weight at sorting facility and it Matches the Correct weight for 3 caps, not 1! PayPal expedited decision, intervening. On 5-13, we received an email from PP stating EXACTLY: "We've decided the case in your favor. The case was decided in your favor as the buyer has cancelled their dispute." We have Proudly Served our fellow Vets for over 22 years and have thousands of total POSITIVE reviews on our numerous selling platforms!!!
