Avoid this company. I signed up with this company in October 2020 for them to look after Amazon USA and Amazon DE. In the 3 months i worked with Buy Box before i managed to get out of the 2 year contract they increased my sales by 36. 36 extra sales in 3 months after spending around $12,398.33 in their fees and advertising. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. I wrote a letter of complaint and have had no response. *Update* As you can see by the response some 10 months later save your money and go with a company that actually cares.

Buybox Experts had us sign onto a 6 month agreement filled with promise and deliverables. We terminated 1.5 months later. Director Level Management admitted the company brought on more clients than their team could handle. We were given an Incompetent Account Manager and team who failed on all aspects of delivery. After 1.5 months and 6 revisions, we still did not have finalized infographics & written content. Grade school level work was presented with humiliating spelling errors that you would expect from a 5th grader. I would truthfully advise every company to stay away from this agency and look elsewhere. Buybox Experts are trying to attract as many clients as possible to boost their internal portfolio and eventally sell the company. A big waste of time, effort and money.
