Been using BBE for about 6 months now and VERY HAPPY! They do a better job at many of the Amazon tasks than we used to do ourselves, and we are not bad ;-) Our listings are all improved, some listing problems we have dealt with for years have been solved, and we have found them to have a very deep knowledge base and lots of talented people who have done a better job on managing our Amazon sales than we could ever do internally.
