I ordered an item via Amazon from Buyboxx, and twice they sent me the wrong size. .!! They are still advertising the bamboo screening 1.5 m x 3m even though they don't have it in stock.

Poor quality, when you try to return items it’s impossible. Poor customer services. Won’t be using again, stay clear!

Received the goods from Buybox but they were faulty and broken. Tried contacting them but was ignored and did not receive a refund. NEVER USE BUYBOX...THEY ARE COWBOYS

We engaged in a contract with BuyBox in February of this year, the premise of the contract was based off their research and in-depth review of our account where they came up with a goal of being able to hit a target roughly where our sales were pre-pandemic. Since the signing of the contract they have only achieved 2% of their goal, are 15 ASINS behind the monthly contracted amount and have not delivered on much of the services in the contract. They. Have made no concessions and have not improved performance by any measurable amount in the 9 months of our contract. This company is a typical agency that overpromises and under delivers, feel free to reach out to us to learn more.

We signed a one year contract and got out of it 6 months early thank goodness. Do you not waste your money on this agency. They made our sales worse, couldn't help with problems like getting delisted for 10 days (which means they have zero relationships at Amazon), the made my ACOS go WAY up and my ROAS go WAY down. Sales literally were worse than before we met them. I am sure after reading these reviews they are used to people bailing on their contract. I want my money back, truth be told. If you are not a major brand, they will not spend any time on you. They will just charge you a retainer. AVOID.

We have been fooled by BuyBox Experts, who manage to persuade us that they know more about Amazon selling than we do. Wrong. they did not know anything extra. We have been put thru 3 different account manger in one month, the second month we started to have a feeling that they actually know less about selling on Amazon than we do. It was a constant small task here and there, adjusting our inventory, every week we had a call with our account manager that was basically pointless, nothing we couldn't do without them. Nothing to improve our sales. After two months they finally started to work on our PPC campaigns, when I check the campaigns I could literally set them up by myself and it would be the same. Then I realize we are spending 3k USD a month for a weekly phone call with some guy who is basically useless.

We were clients of another Amazon PPC agency that was acquired by Buy Box Experts. Since the acquisition, we've doubled our monthly retainer, been through 4 account managers within two months, and have seen little to no work being done on our campaigns. Today they told us that they would need a revenue share on our TOTAL Amazon account, not just our paid campaigns. These guys have checked all the boxes for what to avoid in an agency partner, i.e. lack of performance, lack of communication, no follow through, and constantly trying to ask for more money to do the work that they are not doing anyway. Adios BBE!

Would not recommend company. I could go on and on. Long story short they promised delivery and I signed a contract. They never delivered more than half of the promise and then wanted me to resign a contract again yet my amazon account had things still not finished. Going back over a year. They tried making excuses but then said this wasnt their specialty and said they would fix it. However still zero fixed and they no longer will fix because they say our contract expired. I could go on and on but please be careful. I lost thousands to projects not being finished and my amazon account in mayhem.
