Company representative was very knowledgeable on the different types of marine refrigerators available for my boat and was able to accurately answer technical questions about slight differences in very similar models. This made me very confident with my particular purchase

They stayed on top of my order till the very end
Very professional people and super helpful. They took the time and answered all my questions and explained the differences between a couple of models. They even called a few days later to make sure I got product and I was happy with it.

This was the best customer service…
This was the best customer service experience in a very, very long time. They went so far above and beyond that it was truly amazing! Their team is incredible, and their products and prices are great!
