The buying process was easy and straightforward. The only problem I had was that the shipment took longer than I expected. My wife loves the earrings and I will be buying from this website again. I’ll just order a little more in advance.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that your wife loves the earrings, and it’s great to know you found the buying process smooth and easy. I apologize for the longer shipping time you experienced. To clarify, items in stock are usually shipped within 5 days, while others that require manufacturing can take up to 7 weeks. We make sure to mention the estimated shipping time for each item on our website for your convenience.

My first Black hills gold was over 30 years ago. This purchase was for two very special Moms. The beauty and quality are very high. The prices are very reasonable. I did have issues on the website, it dropped part of the birthstones. I called them and they fixed it within a few hours. So they have great customer service as well! You won’t regret any purchase from them.
