Back to reality
Apparently, it’s time to provide an honest and realistic review of how this company actually operates. Based on the number of reviews and the overall rating, it may seem like everything is going well. However, most of the products are store returns from places like Home Depot, which is clearly indicated by the orange stickers on the boxes. As a result, the percentage of broken, incomplete, damaged, or non-functional items appears to be similar to other auction companies selling comparable goods. At the same time, negative reviews seem to be noticeably absent, which makes the overall feedback look somewhat artificial or filtered. It’s also important to note that the company now operates on its own website. Previously, they partnered with the Rasmus platform but were removed due to ongoing service issues, including disputes with customers and difficulties with returns and refunds. So don’t assume that everything has changed dramatically. It may have improved slightly, but the overall situation still appears far from ideal.
