I want to be clear that the individual sellers I dealt with were generally good people. My serious concerns are with the site administration and manager, Farhad. My experience with Farhad was extremely negative. His behavior toward customers came across as arrogant, disrespectful, and intimidating. Instead of handling customer concerns professionally, he appeared more interested in asserting authority than resolving problems. His attitude was unacceptable and, in my opinion, completely lacking in basic customer-service ethics. The product quality was also a major concern. Many of the products I encountered were damaged, defective, or simply of poor quality. When problems were reported, there was little accountability, follow-up, or meaningful communication. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase management to get answers about damaged or low-quality products. The biggest issue for me is the combination of poor-quality products, lack of responsibility, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment of customers. A business cannot expect customers to trust it when management does not take complaints seriously or communicate properly. The sellers deserve to be distinguished from the management because my interactions with them were generally positive. However, based on my experience, the administration—particularly Farhad—needs a major improvement in professionalism, ethics, accountability, and customer treatment.
