The people at BuyBack Surgeon were AMAZING! Sarah in customer service was extremely quick to email back, answering questions or making the process of selling my old phone easier. I originally sent my iPhone 8 Plus to them hoping to get a few bucks back because the front and back screen were damaged and ended up getting $50 for it! I then talked to them about my other old phone, an iPhone 11, and Sarah told me I could get more than double that for it if I sent it in. Probably the best part of the customer service was being able to Venmo me the payout for the iPhone 8 rather than PayPal. This was way easier because funds aren’t held for any extended period of time! I also got the payment the day after the phone arrived in PA which was super quick. Made my life way easier with them being so accommodating. I will definitely be sending other old phones their way when the time comes. Highly recommend checking them out, they’re good people!
