So, T-Mobile finally tells me I have to return my old phone two full weeks after I get my new phone. The problem? I've already mailed it to Sarah at Buyback Surgeon after they gave me a better offer for it than anyone else. Realizing I'm an idiot, I scramble to get in touch with Sarah, calling and sending an email in a near-panic. But it's no worry at all. Sarah takes care of it for me. I offer to Paypal them for return postage and, like it's no problem, Sarah has my phone turned around and sent back to me in a flash. I can only imagine how busy they are without having to deal with my problem, but Sarah was amazing, patient and very kind. Honestly, these days this kind of amazing customer service is hard to find, which makes it all the more important to me that I leave this review to let everyone know that Buyback Surgeon is an absolutely fantastic company to do business with.
