Fast prompt knowledgeable trust worthy open & honest service

Great company to sell your phone and fast payment!!

Fast payment great management will use again !!!!!!

Buyback Surgeon was responsive and kept me in constant communications with updates concerning the device that I sent to them and where the status of the payment for the device stood. This is my first-time using Buyback Surgeon for a broken device and the experience was so impressive that I will certainly use them again if the need ever arises. I almost never write reviews or recommend companies, but they've earned the highest review from me, and I am definitely going to recommend them to anyone who has a need for getting the most out of their devices. Thanks for a great experience!

First time selling my iPhone as I usually just pass them on to family and friends or trade in. I was obviously nervous but they were gracious and reasonable with the value and will be sending over the payment. The efficiency is amazing. I wish I knew about them before! Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Received full amount I was promised.

I have to say this is the best way to dispose of old cell phones. Went online and entered the information for my phone, immediately received an offer and a shipping label. Took my phone to the post office the next day. I checked the tracking on my phone to Learn. The package had been delivered the next business day and received my refund the following business day. The whole process took five days including weekends. The payment was for the full amount of what they had valued my phone. I am very pleased!

I choose this agent to sell my phone thru a website as they are offering the highest. once I sent my phone, my battery life was 88% and we had some hiccup re the condition, but Jason and Sarah were able to fix the issue and things worked out great at the end and I got paid with no problem. I recommend doing business with Jason.
