This was incredibly easy and the quote was exactly what I ended up getting! I sent in my phone with a cracked screen and got update emails until it was processed. The deposit went directly to my venmo!

Responded to all my questions in a timely manner no issues would use again

Sent 2 iPhone XS Max on 11/16. On 11/23 they finally contacted me stating there was a balance due. I told them there was not, Verizon paid AT&T when we switched and asked for them to return the phones. Nothing no communication at all. Finally emailed them back 11/30 and again 12/6 finally get a response saying oh our email must not have reached you we confirmed the phones are paid off and have issued payment today-hmmm its 12/8 and still nothing same day payment is total false advertisement even with an issue that has been resolved apparently around Dec 1 this waiting is ridiculous, I sent yet another email asking for my payment be made today or my phones returned. I'm sure I will not get any reply. Guess if no payment or proof of return by Friday it's BBB time
