I Had a great experience with Button Finance! Brandi and Natalie are the Best ever to work with !! So Helpful and caring about all my needs, to help me be in a better place financially ! Very easy to talk to ! she helped me step by step to understand the process professionally ! I feel like i gained a forever friend ! She's got my back ! And i also want to Thank everyone from Button Finance that helped with the process to make this financially happen ! Thank you !!

I spoke to 27 other loan officers before I found Brandi. I was tired. Brandi was a comforting, knowledgeable, no pressure person who stayed close to me for the entire loan process. She cared. She followed up several times even after my loan funded to make sure all was well. I am very grateful! I HIGHLY recommend Brandi!

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Bo Lucas and Natalie everything went smoothly and the loan approved and funded in less than a week after a provided the requested document on a timely manner. Good job!

The beginning of the process was excellent. Bo Lucas explained everything in detail for my wife and I to understand. More importantly, Button Finance said "yes" when other companies said 'no." Natalie Farraj, the processor kept in touch with us and made us feel that no question was less important. The only thing that I would say is that the process should be streamlined in first, the loan officer is in charge of the complete process from the time it leaves his hands and goes to underwriting. Second, underwriting need to have supervisors watching over them to make sure they are reviewing documents in a timely manner and not waiting four days for an approval. The waiting for the final approval was disconcerting and not necessary. I know that I would in good hands with both Bo and Natalie watching over the file. Thanks, for all your hard work

Keep up good customer service..

I had a fantastic experience working with Button Finance and wanted to give a special shoutout to Ron Monninger & Jeff Kreiger for their exceptional support throughout the entire HELOC process. From start to finish, they were both incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making everything as smooth as possible. Both Jeff & Ron was instrumental in guiding me through the application, answering every question with patience and clarity. Jeff followed through with great attention to detail, ensuring that everything stayed on track and that I was fully informed each step of the way. The process was fast, transparent, and stress-free—something I greatly appreciate when dealing with financial matters. Thanks to Ron and Jeff, I felt confident and supported the entire time. I highly recommend Button Finance to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

I have to congratulate Damian Talavera from BUTTON FINANCE for the prompt Service this company provided in obtaining a refinance on my truck. When others turned me down, BUTTON paid attention to the urgency I had in lowering the monthly payments and the interest rate as well. Sincerely, Amelia C Felix

Communication was great! Everyone was helpful and I believe I got a decent interest rate!
