I have ordered some items for Christmas. It says it was shipped out Nov 16th. When I track it, it is stalled on Dec 15th. Today is Dec. 20th. No update! I called the number but can't get anyone. I'm really hoping its here by the 25th. I don't think the customer service is good. Actually I think its terrible. If I could at least get an update on the shipment. Ugh.....so frustrating
