Total SCAM !!!! their orders never reach distination and when you ask for refund they deduct the shiping and fee for lost items !!!

I ordered a hat from them back in March and never received it. Every time I contact their customer service they blame the transport. I asked for a refund which they refused. Cannot be trusted !

The order didn’t arrive within the advertised delivery window, I placed the order with plenty of time as I needed it for a birthday party. When reaching out to the company to share my experience all the keep telling me is the shipping information that I can see on my own. I would not order anything from this company unless you have 3 months to wait for it to arrive.

Product was not at all what was pictured. Reached out to them immediately, and over and over. Complete rip off. No customer service.

The wrong goods supplied, at first refused refund but agreed in the end but return postage was nearly as much as the item. Complete rip off don’t use.

Items Advertised Price $39.47AUD. Billed $45.34USD which was $74.11AUD. Company refused to refund full payment. Item took 9 weeks to arrive with no tracking after supposedly arriving in Aus. Email responses from company were generic and directed me to a website that didn’t exist. Product was absolute rubbish. I now get spam emails that I never received until buying from this dodgy business. AVOID unless looking to be scammed and ripped off.

Guys, I bought it and paid for express shipping. Max. of 7 days (was supposed to be a bday present). To this day (it’s been 14 days) it hasn’t even left the US (I’m in Germany). Contact with customer support is good but useless (they answer nicely and quick but basically just keep saying sorry not our fault and didn’t like suggestions on my end to e.g. at least pay me back the expensive express shipping). I can’t review on the product itself (as it’s still not even on my continent lol) and will update my post then but if you have a deadline or want to have a swift shipping experience it’s a definite NoNo from me.
