Update. Got my order . Very cheaply made but it did come. Do not order. Ordered an item on Dec 15. Paid extra for 7 to 12 day delivery. Never came. Got weird tracking messages. In in Ireland's customs as an example. Beware!

I ordered Halloween garage door magnets on 9/27/23 found on Facebook with a ship and receive date of 10/17/23 or sooner. I paid $62.03 through PayPal. On 10/25/23 they finally came but too late to decorate for such a short period of time. Neither PayPal nor this company will refund my money even though I am willing to send them back, but at my own expense, since that is their terms. They may or may NOT refund my money even though they get their item back. Since their ship date was incorrect, they should refund my money!

My order was shipped out, payment accepted by company, however when tracking the shipment found it had stalled on the 8th of October, it's now the 23rd and I have sent 18 emails, thru customer service and keep getting generic reply they'll look into it. I've tried calling their phone number and it says call can't be put thru. Very upsetting! Shipment still hasn't moved.
