I ordered a pair of pliers from a company in USA. It came after a month and was the wrong pliers!. When I contacted them about it, they denied at first, even though it was obviously not the pliers in their video. They then said I could return them to their warehouse in China at my own cost! Do not buy from them.

I never got the COATING OF STONE NANOCRYSTALS. I ordered 4 months ago, their phone number as shown in their website doesn't exist. It's a scam ad thru Instagram.

I ordered the pizza peel Dec 10 '23, I paid extra for a fast shipping. I contacted them and said it's way over what it should be they said basically nothing we can do sorry (so this is a misleading offer and shouldn't be offered at all considering it's extra money they can't deliver on). clearly this is a scam selling via instagram, I'll be surprised if I get it. last the shipping said it was in Yukon???? why Yukon, I don't know. it's going to Toronto. there's no reason it has made it's way there. don't waste your money on this, I regret it. Update : finally got it and it was ripped.

The company WAY overcharged the sales tax and didn't even indicate that they would charge sales tax since they are in China and not in America

Company sent a damage dirty product with no labels. Charged 23% tax. Refused to return the product. Refunded the tax when I called them on it. Offered an apology for the product, but no retun. lol. Ultimate in Buyer beware.
