Butlers were great, really got involved and came up with great ideas etc. However my one issue was I stressed before the event that I wanted them to ring before arriving and this didn’t happen. This is the second butler booking I’ve made with this company this year and the second time this has happened. On this occasion they arrived over an hour early, pulled onto the driveway and it was only because I was sitting outside that I realised it was them! We had to move the bride to be inside pretty quickly so she didn’t see anything. I don’t understand how a simple instruction can’t be followed. The first time this happened the butler actually approached the birthday girl so the surprise was blown!

Butler used initiative to create more games than he was supplied. However my cup was empty all night and i was too busy hosting to top up and i feel that he neglected the actual butler duties.

Great looking guy, just not much butlering going on ...a bit lazy . He loves to chat though!

I order a butler for my sisters hen weekend. Having had these at other friends hens and they made it an even funner night was why I decided to go ahead with this. It asks you specify the Butler you’re after, although doesn’t guarantee it. I don’t know why I bothered. I asked for dark, tall and older (we’re all near to 40 and my sister is 5’ 10”). We got short, ginger and young. I think the butler should be confirmed to you before the event so you have a chance to cancel. Ours was a really nice guy, but not at all what we wanted - I feel it was a complete waste of money for us and because of this experience wouldn’t now order one again.

Butler was very nervous and seemed shy, took about a hour and a half for him to become confident/comfortable within the group by which time he only had 30mins left. Would book again but would hope for more experience from the butler.

Service when booking was great. Ordered 2x butlers, neither were 'type' described or what we asked for. Butlers were asked on arrival to host party games, they could have been more pro active as needed lots of prompting to host or do a game.

Our butler was nice but very shy, maybe if he had a few drinking games ready at the beginning that would have helped! Over all a good experience, Brian was very polite and accommodating!

Our butler was a lovely guy and very friendly but he was a bit shy and was the opposite of what I asked for looks wise (not his fault). I would recommend the service but it's a bit like playing the lottery. I think clients should be able to choose the butler from a photo. I asked for tall dark and handsome with facial hair. We got shortish, fair (ginger/blonde), with a completely smooth face.
