I love the people that work here but …
I love the people that work here but lately I had to bring my car back 3 times in 6 months for breaks and it's not cheap!!! That's my only complaint

Up until recently I have been getting …
Up until recently I have been getting excellent service from Bussani Mobility for over five years. Recently I have been experiencing communication issues with them resulting in incomplete diagnosis of my current problem (engine lights on dashboard). They claim I told them to go ahead and install a new gas line without full diagnosis and I definitely remember it differently. I was willing to take a rental car which was supposed to be arranged for me until they fix the problem. They went ahead and installed the gas line and stipulated on the invoice that I told them to do so. I am very upset about that because I fear that they will charge me again for the diagnostics when they had plenty of time to diagnose it in the two days that they had my car. I hope to resolve this misunderstanding/ miscommunication with them as they have provided me good service up until now.
