I'm extremely impressed by the service, quality of work, and especially the Bussani team who go far beyond my expectations. These people understand how important transportation is to someone who is disabled, and always make sure my van is ready when promised. Additionally, they are caring and friendly, which is just the icing on the cake. When it comes to my van, I will never go anywhere else.

great timely service

I was able to make an appointment timely and waited for my vehicle to be service. The front managers were courtesy and keep me abreast of the types of repairs the technician stated that the vehicle needed. They needed my approval to go any further with the repairs and pricing. The repairs was done in a timely manner.

They do know what they are doing...BUT...they also know that they have you right where they want you when you walk in the door, and will take you for everything they can. Every Single. Time. I have NEVER walked out of there with a bill under $800. Ever. It's never an "easy fix", it's never "we can just do this for you"...it's ALWAYS worst case scenario So take it in there at your own risk, and be prepared to pay up...no mercy. That's why I had to knock two stars off...
