I was contacted by them to do a website for one of my clients. They gave me a great price for the wordpress (templated Elementor) site- $700 paid for it up front. The design was good, the issue came when I asked about some adjustments to the mobile rendered version (wordpress and Elementor are both responsive) and was told that I did not purchase the mobile responsive feature, I called BS and they finally lamented and fixed it. It was a tiny text margin. After uploading the site to the clients server I noticed that the overlays on images and on a video only showed up on Chrome, so I got back in touch and asked what the charge would be, thinking it would be $50 or less, I was told $300, when I got angry they lowered it to $150 then I yelled again and they lowered it to $100 (still too much for a site they did) which I would have paid if they had not tried to get $300. Their work is fair but watch out because they will try to charge you for anything that should be part of the price and was in my case. I will not use them again.

My experience was poor. They were not forthcoming and transparent about their work. They knew I had a Squarespace account domain and business email through Google and still built the website that now is all through their hosting. They disrupted my business email resulting in my company not receiving emails for 18 days. This is potential business that I lost and time sensitive items that required my attention. I've lost over $500 dealing with this company. While they were misleading me, they're customer service was good....always accessible to tell me they couldn't help and ti contact Squarespace Customer service. Amazing experience and lesson learned. Do your homework and know as much as the people you hire. NEVER AGAIN.

They design my website as I wanted it. Easy and manageable yet professional. Very satisfied with the overall work.
