Dear Business Website Inc
Dear The Website Designs, and Business Website Inc You are challenging my claim of these two companies being affiliated, but please answer this: You rely on dozens of 5-star reviews to promote your credibility, yet platforms like Trustpilot do not verify whether those reviews are genuine. That makes it your responsibility to stand behind them with real, verifiable support. If these reviews reflect actual clients, then it should be straightforward to contact at least a handful of them and have them publicly reaffirm their experiences—confirming the services they received and that their reviews were not incentivized or influenced. With the volume of 5-star ratings tied to your business, visible client support should be easy to produce. The absence of that transparency raises legitimate concerns. There are also multiple inconsistencies that require a clear explanation. While The Website Designs state there is no affiliation with Business Website Inc, both companies list the exact same address. In addition, I personally called both businesses and the same individual identified himself as “Jason Cole” on both calls. These are not minor overlaps. Further, Trustpilot reviews for both companies reference the same individual—“Emma H”—being praised as an employee. The appearance of the same staff member being reviewed across two supposedly unrelated companies raises obvious questions about whether these businesses—and the reviews associated with them—are truly independent. At the same time, your “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau stands in direct contrast to the image presented by these reviews. If that rating is inaccurate, you should be actively disputing it with documented evidence and support from verified clients—not relying on unverified online feedback. For transparency, I have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the California Attorney General’s Office. You—and any legitimate clients who support your business—have the same right to respond, provide evidence, and dispute any claims through those channels. If your position is valid, there should be no hesitation in doing so. At this point, a business presenting this volume of positive reviews should be able to produce real, visible client support and directly address these overlapping details. Until that happens, the credibility of your reviews—and the claims surrounding your business—remains in question. Sincerely, Marcus
