Hi, My name is Alla. I had services with Carrie J, and I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with her service. I was very happy and appreciated her work. She was very professional and very patient with me .She was very pleasant and had a very soft voice which helped me to not be stressed. She also put a lot of effort to find what I really needed. The first time I was working with her it didn’t go as planned , but the second time I called and she accommodated me right away and was working with me for a couple of days . And Finally , she found what I needed . It was the best deal that I got. She was very patient with me while I filled out my information to buy tickets. She made it easier for me to fill out the information by myself and it took a while for me to complete the paperwork but she was waiting for me with respect. I want her company to know how that she is very hardworking and I think she’s brilliant in her field . Thank you very much Carrie J! I am very appreciative of your hard work . - ox Alla
