I don't generally write reviews, but wanted you to know I had an exceptional interaction with Cara during the Thanksgiving week. We have rental properties in three states and the mail services are a real help since we're infrequently in one location for mail pickup. The virtual mail is good for most everything. Anyway, some mail didn't arrive when we expected it and there would have been a cost to any delay caused on our end. Cara was able to research the situation and determine that the fault was not ours. This saved us more than a few dollars. As an added bonus, Cara was really pleasant and understanding, so it was easy to deal with her and get a quick answer. Highly recommend this service for those who need it.
