Took out sky business tv for are pub for football channels the salesman said we could have racing as well for 3 months free which we did as long as we cancel it before 3 months we won’t get charged So I rang them a good month before to cancel as didn’t want to get charged as do not use this was extra £100 a month plus vat Spoke to sky on phone to cancel the lady from sky said all cancelled But it wasn’t took the money out of bank for it so I ring them again to see what is going on and they said I haven’t cancelled by email and need 30 days notice as well Then had an email saying there colleague had it wrong and was 90 days notice to cancel The salesman did not advise this when he was pushing it on to me otherwise I would of cancelled straight away or not even bothered with it It’s probably in contract but feel that I have been conned

Good sellers to get you the contract and afterwards horrible attitude over the phone that I was scared to talk. They are like " don't say anything or I will put the phone down" attitude with hyped up voice. My internet doesn't give nowhere near what I was promised. I wouldn't use them again for broadband.

Avoid Sky business at all costs.. I have moved away. Discraceful way to treat customers, no service, no customer service, they say they will send engineers to fix issues and they never turn up, in fact they have no record on 3 occasions of the engineer visit. Their portal has been down for 2 weeks. I have had no business phone line for 2 weeks yet they dont care. Please use someone else other than sky business. A disgrace. Please don't get me started on the Indian customer call center who you cant understand and don't do what you ask them to do or say they will do. No way to run a business and i will NEVER use them again.

Sky business broadband and phone service has just cost me tens if not hundreds of thousands in lost revenue over the last couple of years. So if you want to loose out in such a manner i highly recommend using sky business broadband and phone. They are happy to provide a service that tells your customers you dont exist, the number is not valid ect, They provide zero support unless you class calling an indian that cant even understand a postcode when it is spoken much less get to the bottom of any serious issues that threaten the business. The tech team are great they excel as useless points of contact and if you think they will have a record of the failed calls that crush your sales dont worry there are no records and sky happily deny issues. I cant begin to tell you just how much money your company will loose as mine has by trusting this rip off, company. I can only hope that me reporting the devastating effects this has hasd on my business will save others from the same experience which is nothing short of direct and relentless sabotage. And i hope that I can put enough people off using them as possible to claw back some justice for the damage they have caused my company. Seriously thinking about sky broadband and phone? please for the sake of your business,, think again.

WOW WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS- JUST DO NOT USE THEM Phoned to check that my business broadband was being installed tomorrow as no updates- the answer was a fat "no"- no reason given, and the only answer was "apply again"- meaning I have to wait another 14 days- BUSINESS OWNERS DO NOT USE THESE- look at the other comments before ordering, they do not even reply- now sitting on hold for 46 minutes as we speak-

Contacted Sky Business 4 weeks ago to change business address. Told had all gone through, to phone a week later as had no correspondence to be told the new order had intact not gone through, that person said they would sort it. I again phoned a week later to again be told that person had also not completed the order! The 3rdperson did finally complete the order but this has ment a month later Iam still expected to run my business with no internet. I have to wait another 4 days for it all to be activated. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The worse experience I could have had literally from 8 minutes in to my sky business contract they have failed my small business no phone line or internet for just under 2 weeks then when you do get it up and running they put a answer phone that you can’t access and a call forwarding service that you can’t use due to more “technical” faults customer services are always very polite unless you ring after 5.30pm then it’s goes properly down hill! They just pass you around to different departments promising calls back from management or “technical leads” but that never happens. They don’t actually have the ability to say actual this is our fault let’s sort it out it’s always someone else’s fault or it’s because open reach or talktalk need to do something. When your complaint finally does get properly addressed then you will never have a phone call again but the emails will start and that’s the only way that they will communicate with you but the reply’s take 24 to 48 hours. If your small business needs a phone line or internet to take calls or take payments DO NOT use sky business it’s been awful

Awful wait time; signed up in January for business tv upgrade June now no movement. Ridiculous for a pub business. Blaming actavo. No movement very frustrating! Bill €1700 a month for one sky box in a pub. Losing customers because other pubs have proper upgraded systems.
