DO NOT USE THEM FOR INTERNET!
We signed up for Sky Business Internet and had it installed within a week. We couldn't login, so we called them and they said there was an issue with all users being able to login to business, so we can't make changes, add devices or get invoices.
I phoned back last month, same story. I phoned back this month, three months since they started taking money (full price!) and after a 20 minute hold, they said there is still an issue; that no one can login.
How can a business that needs internet, (like any business), possibly use Sky Business Internet when they can't give you internet? There is no date as to when this will be fixed.

A month without service, no support from Sky Business
We run a busy restaurant that relies heavily on online orders and phone bookings, so a stable connection is absolutely essential. Our broadband and phone lines have been down for over a month, and the issue is still not resolved.
Openreach came once and managed to fix it for three days, but everything stopped working again. I was told a Sky engineer would visit last Tuesday, but it’s now been a week and nobody has shown up or even contacted us.
After spending 35 minutes on the phone today making yet another complaint, the line went dead — and no one called back.
This ongoing situation has caused serious disruption to our business and customer service. For a business account, this level of service and communication from Sky Business is completely unacceptable.

We have sky broadband business and we logged a fault where our broadband kept dropping out, a reset would fix it but it was disrupting serviced, they found a fault on the line and sent an engineer out to fix the issue, the engineer diagnosed it was our router at fault, and he ordered a new one, after doing his tests we could not get the router back online, we had no till system, we could not take food orders and we had to cease running the competition we were running on the system ( we have a pool/snooker hall) there was over 100 people in our club at this time.
I called up the help centre and gave them all the details needed but the gentleman would not speak to me as it is my husband that is the account holder, my husband was on the premises however he was busy, I had to interrupt him for him to give the exact same details ( what would happen if we were uncontactable, I expect my staff to be able to deal with an issue after all it is a business not personal account). I explained it was unacceptable that we had a non existent connection after the engineer had left and needed it fixed asap, the man on the phone kept saying unfortunately the issue is with the router there is nothing we can do, he did not understand that the engineer made the problem 💯 worse! They did not care we could not effectively run out business, I agree I was irate but it was frustration, I did not curse or be abusive and the gentleman ended my call.
So no progress and we are left hotspotting our systems off our phones until goodness knows when!
I think we will be moving away from sky asap.

Non existent customer service
Sky phoned me to explain that they no longer service my area and I would have to cancel. They told me that my account would be credited to cover the broadband charges while I switched. Instead I was double charged and had to actually cancel the direct debit via my bank because they were still trying to charge me 2 months after cancelling and returning my router.
My experience has been that there has been very little documented or communicated about my account issue, and when I try to phone to ask I am just put through to outsourced call centres, who are clearly following a limited script and are incapable of understanding or helping me get to the bottom of my issue.

Up your game sky some people need the time to run their business not worry about ordering posters should be on a standing monthly basis, an absolutely shocking process

Terrible customer service
I had a terrible experience with customer service. They don't seem to keep a record of my calls or communications, which means I have to explain everything from the beginning each time I contact them. When the representatives don’t know how to assist, they put me on hold and then often disconnect the call.
If I do manage to find someone who is supposed to help, they promise to call me back, but never do. Instead, I received an email stating that they tried to call and asking me to call them back, starting the process all over again.
During my last call, the representative asked what I wanted them to do, but didn’t seem to know how to address my complaint. When I requested to speak to a manager, they told me that was not an option.
I would highly recommend that you think carefully before joining Sky Business Broadband and consider other options. I am shocked that a large international company has such poor customer service. It seems all they want is to take your money and leave you abandoned!
I am still awaiting a manager to contact me, but I will not hold my breath!

No phone lines for 3 weeks and they…
No phone lines for 3 weeks and they cancelled my engineer visit without telling me. Ignored emails of complaint in spite of stating they will reply in 'up to 10 days'. Now I have to wait another 9 days for a repair visit. To leave a business without phone lines for a month and no follow up to my compaints by phone or email is not acceptable. Takes ages to get through their phone system to speak with somone who wont help. I will not be renewing with them
