Been dealing with an unresolved issue since Mid March and they refuse to take accountability or make it right in any way. I’m a hygienist- so you’d think they’d maybe try a little bit more, I guess it doesn’t matter to them. Buy a different brush!

It has been 20 days since I have placed my order and have not received it. Tracking info has not updated from “label created” for 20 days now. I have sent an email 5 days ago now and no response, your chat is referring me to send an email again so completely useless ! I am calling my bank for a charge back this is ridiculous. Oh yeah order number 8913425 since I am sure you are more interested in your reviews so you might actually pay attention to this message.
