I bought alot of the Burn Slim and it does not work. I tried to find a way to return it for a refund but could not figure it out. It is a bunch of BS and a Scam that I spent alot of money on for no results.

I ordered, paid $300 for 6 bottles. Upon exam of the bottles label, the ingredients listed in their add were not listed on the back of the bottle. Ingredients were just a bunch of fillers. I called to get return label, which they fought and I never received. I returned to bottles, including all emails with rep and stated I expected an full refund. Funny thing, at the post office the clerk said she returned some that her mother had purchased! It took 3 months, but I finally received a full refund. Evaluation: false advertising, overall a scam.

I purchased Burn Slim in January of 2026, and was told by physician I shouldn’t take the product, so as soon as I received the package I returned it completely unopened. Burn Slim received the return on February of 2026 and they acknowledged receipt. Since then, I have called and emailed them weekly and have been continually told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. They have not as of today 09/9/2026. Worst customer service ever!

I was fooled by the presentation that had me thinking Oprah and Kelly clarkson used and recommended it which is why I bought the over $300 package. Do I feel dumb. It hasn’t helped me in any way that I can see or feel and I have not lost any weight after over 3 months taking it. I learned that the ads online are often lies and scams and I have learned this slowly and with many mistakes! Hee hee on me. Watch out my friends.

It doesn't work. False advertising, celebrities advertising it should be sued. Do not waste your hard earned money

I ordered this product after watching an online video, but immediately regretted it (classic "buyer's remorse"). When the product arrived, I sent it straight back without opening it, and I was "assured" of a refund. That was in February 2026. It is now the end of July 2026, and I have yet to receive the refund. Instead, I get the runaround everytime I try and contact customer service. Do NOT order this product!! Absolutely the WORSE customer service ever.

I bought the product, used 1 of the 6 bottles with no results and returned the remaining 5 bottles to the address that I was finaly able to obtain. I have communicated with 'customer service' and 'Advance Support' for months and have never recieved my refund. I ordered the product 1/5/26 and it was returned and received by them 2/27/26. Well within the 60days. The response is that no refund can be given because it is past the 60 days- March 6.2026. They had the return, just didn't bother to process it.

Biggest rip-off!! It is a huge scam, don’t be fooled! It absolutely does not work! Frustrated that I listened to the entire video and paid extra for “the real thing”
