Purchased a one year subscription to burner. I have no number and no way to contact customer support

0 stars for the following: - Purchased a Burner number at 10:30 AM today. - Bank reflects money was taken out by Burner. - Attempted to install Burner app and configure settings but account started having error messages. - No customer service team. You will talk to an Ai that will resolve nothing for hours. - Followed every instructions in their page on how to resolve the issue. - at 2:10 PM, Burner Support Team sends me an Email indicating that the account had been suspended. No specific reason cited. - Responded to Email requesting for full refund since no service was rendered within the 3 hrs the account was supposedly “active”. - No response. - 100% scam.

Was charged soon as I clicked on the trial offer, couldn't get in touch with support. They will straight rip you off.

Subscribed to the Standard plan ($4.99/month) and immediately couldn't log in. Entered my Australian phone number, received the SMS verification code, but the app kept saying "invalid number" after submitting the code. Contacted support on day one. After two weeks of back-and-forth troubleshooting (reinstall the app, try different formats etc..), they finally told me the service only works with US or Canadian numbers. This limitation is nowhere on the sign-up page... they happily took my money knowing it would never work. When I asked for a refund, they said I was outside the 7 day refund window. The only reason it took more than 7 days is because their own support team spent that time having me try things that were never going to fix it. Paid for a service I literally could not use once. No refund. Save yourself the hassle.

Absolutely do not use this app. You will never be able to cancel your account and will be continuously charged your monthly fee. I still can't get them to stop charging me. They do not answer the phone or emails. I now have to cancel my credit card.

This is a scam app. Text doesn’t work calling won’t work . Nobody will respond for any technical queries . Cheating !

I would have gave this app no stores but I had to give it one in order to write this review. At work good for the first week as I bought a monthly plan. After the first week the app quit working and I received no help from their customer support at all not one bit. I emailed their customer support and they told me basically everything I did uninstall the app and reinstall the app. That's all that they know to do and now they won't refund my money not only did I spend the $30 for a one month plan but I also bought credits which is what you have to buy if you want prepaid numbers also so all in all I spent damn near $50 for a one month plan and I did not receive any customer support due to all the problems I had with this at and they will not refund my money. I'm just going to let my bank handle it! Do not and I repeat do not waste your money unless you want to go through problems! There's a lot better phone apps out there just because this one is rated the highest one with the Stars and that's why I chose it I found it to be the most problems! I'm going to guess it's the company that had all their employees post all those reviews to get their ratings or review up! I found a better app as when you call the phone number that you are calling that they give you all the information that you want about that phone number as far as the people's name address and anything else! The better phone app I found is called phoneer. Don't waste your time with Burner phone up!
