This company has gone down the pan.Meant to be next day delivery but actually more than a week. It has lead to me having to cancel my 91yeR old Fathers visit as we do not have a working downstairs toilet. They promised the part for next day, now telling me next week. I explained about my Father visiting and not able to get upstairs and was assured if delivery!!! What a joke, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Burlington is the most overpriced rubbish iv ever fitted Avoid at all costs You are better off going to B and Q and they are bad.

I replaced our wooden Burlington toilet which dissolved itself in some areas after only 4 months of almost no usage. I can see here On Trustpilot that I am not the only one. I equally got a very offensive customer service response where I was told it my fault assuming I have bleached it although I clearly have not. The Burlington seat costs a fortune and should not be in the state I find it after just 4 months. The customer services just a disgrace! Very frustrating to say the least. I agree with previous comments to strictly avoid Burlington going forward. The warranty is not worth anything! A huge disappointment. Overpriced, bad quality and disgraceful customer service.

Fitted a complete new Burlington bathroom suite and after only two years, we are ready to rip it out and replace with Imperial. The shower controls are flimsy and fall off the control valves at regular notice. The 2 door bath screen needs new water seal and I can’t get one. The toilet blocks continually due to the restricted gap. The bathroom sink cupboard and bath panel are already rotting away. Overall very disappointed

Red Flag warning.🚩🚩🚩 British Name “Burlington Bathrooms”. Expensive products made in China. Disastrously incorrect instillation instructions and a customer service who couldn’t care less.Also parent company for Crosswater. Purchase at your expensive peril

We installed Burlington products in 3 bathrooms as part of a major restoration of our victorian house. Never again would I purchase a single Burlington product. Two years later I can confirm the quality is shocking, with dispite constant cleaning, there's bad discolouration to all the ceramic sinks and toilets that just won't come off, all the plug mechanism have failed and needed replacement.The showers handles are constantly falling off.We had a small cloakroom replaced at a similar time and used products from Screwfix,after two years the ceramic sink and toilet are still perfect white,so it's not our water! Planning to rip out our Burlington bathroom products after only 2 years. Do yourself a favour save time hassle and money by choosing another manufacturer.

I bought a Burlington tap, it came missing the tap head, and I was advised I have to buy that separately though not clear on the website and not easy to find tap heads! when I did, I saw I have to buy TWO expensive tap heads for the SINGLE mono tap.. and both the retailer and Burlington do not care, just like robots, they keep repeating without a single apology, that they come in pairs at the factory! AVOID

We had two bathroom mixers from Burlington: Claremont Angled Bath Shower Mixer for the bath and the Claremont 2 Tap Hole Bridge Basin Mixer. Despite their deceptively premium looks and price, both were the most poor quality and unreliable pieces of plumbing around the house. In reality, the shower switch of the bath tap is poorly designed. It felt wobbly from new and in its end positions stands in the way of the cold&hot taps. It also went bust after 4.5 years - something snapped inside and we could no longer switch the shower on. The basin tap was no much better: developed leaks from under the swivel joint, which itself, was poorly designed and unreliable. So after less than 5 years we had to replace them both. Based on my experience I wouldn't ever touch Burlington taps again with a bargepole.
