Burger bun slathered in excess sauce, lettuce like rubber. Fries broken soggy little pieces..limp and cold. Chicken tenders not crisp and the inside coating was not properly cooked.

I walked in today, empty place, stood in line for 5 minutes, a ghost restaurant. I saw someone walking thru the swinging door but when they saw me, they turned away. I continued standing in an empty restaurant with no one around. Finally a girl walks up to me, looking irritated. I ordered and she told me they were out of honey mustard and that it would take a while for the haystack onions - I told her I wanted them if they could make them. I went to get sweet tea and from the looks of it- they never made any tea today- sweet or unsweetened. One of their ice machines isn’t working and their coke soda needs refilled. Sticky fingerprints all over the menu options. I don’t even trust my $17 food today by the looks of the workers. Yes, the youn workers finally started coming out- one from the front door- looking at her phone - one from the rest room, two from the back. I see the worker drop something while cooking my burger and he and she picked it back up, looking at me to see if I’m looking. One has headphones in his ear and none look presentable or like they want to even be here - which they could give an effort. All of the workers are in and out of the room, studying their phones and nothing more. I was glad that they were finally open. I’m sure short-staffed overall but today I’ve counted 4 workers and only one other person since I’ve been here. Other days I’ve tried coming by, they were closed with a sign on door. They now have temporary hours. Hopefully they can pay better and get adults who are clean cooking and know how to do the duties.

The food is terrific, but it was Jamese who was so helpful, cheerful and kind that made our experience great! (Please see receipt #5697) from the Jacksonville, Riverside location. Thank you!

Enployee basma treated me so nice she made my experience the best ever since i entered the restaurant and the food was great. She was always with a great smile and energy and it just made my whole day better

Food is good but the workers were so lazy they refused to make more fries because they didn’t want to get the fries out of the back and pretty much lied to us telling us that they were out of fries I will definitely come back when they clean up their act…Also the website said they close at 10 but then when I went to order dessert, they said “oh no we close at nine. Sorry we can’t help you or take any more orders.” i’m sorry, but I don’t know if I’m coming back.

I use to eat at Buger fi on Western Parkway, Cary until the burgers started tasting like they were cooked yesterday and the French fries were limp and greasy. Today I saw one on Wake Forrest Rd in Raleigh and thought maybe changing locations would improve the quality, it didn’t! Not only was the food stale and too expensive, I was completely turned off by your tip mechanism which I did not participate in! Both of us decided that there would never be a reason to eat at Burger fi again! It’s ashamed a once premier burger joint has become so bad!

Worst place i have ever been to in my life. Got on my plane amd they didnt even give me my fries. I went back and told them and they did not issue a refund or provide the fries and basically told me i was out of luck. Do not recommend!
