Their burgers( chef burger) is way too salty. We took one bite almost split out . I call the store, they put me on hold , very bad customer service services, manger said nothing they can do . The manager is very nasty, I will not come back.

I visited the location at Woodmore shopping Center on 4/2/25 and I have to say, I was very disappointed. The store looked clean, maybe a couple of customers so not busy at all. However, the staff on duty was anything but inviting. One was sitting at one of the tables on his cell phone, the one behind the counter was on his cell phone until I came in. I had ordered my food online so it would be ready when I arrived, and it was. I ordered a veggie burger and fry. after I left the store, I started eating some of the fries in the car and was immediately disappointed. Not only were they cold and squishy but the fry cup was put in the bag upside down. When I got home and opened the sandwich, my disappointment doubled. The sandwich was supposed to have lettuce, pickles, mustard, catsup, and onions. There was one leaf of lettuce, three pickles, two of them was the small butt of the pickle, a quarter size amount of mustard and catsup and about ten small pieces of onions. The sandwich too was cold. So, I had to warm the patty, add more fixings and cheese, so of course this defeated the purpose of stopping for FAST FOOD. I was so upset; I called the store and spoke with the manager. I told her it was my first time eating at BurgerFi and I went on to explain my issue to her and of course she offered an apology but didn't seem too concerned that I was a dissatisfied customer. She said that she could make me another sandwich the next time I came but I told her that this first impression is a lasting impression and that I would not be patronizing that establishment again. I'm not sure if this is a Franchise, or Owned establishment but I do know they have not been open too long. If this is the type of service being provided and the quality of food being prepared, this location will not be open for long. There are a number of fast-food restaurants in the same area of BurgerFi and I'm sure people will opt to go there instead. I'm sure that BurgerFi has standards and processes to be followed so that all the locations, Franchise or not, are consistent with the business model designed for the chain. Hopefully they are reading these reviews because otherwise, this will be another business that failed as a result of food quality and bad service.

Burger bun slathered in excess sauce, lettuce like rubber. Fries broken soggy little pieces..limp and cold. Chicken tenders not crisp and the inside coating was not properly cooked.

I use to eat at Buger fi on Western Parkway, Cary until the burgers started tasting like they were cooked yesterday and the French fries were limp and greasy. Today I saw one on Wake Forrest Rd in Raleigh and thought maybe changing locations would improve the quality, it didn’t! Not only was the food stale and too expensive, I was completely turned off by your tip mechanism which I did not participate in! Both of us decided that there would never be a reason to eat at Burger fi again! It’s ashamed a once premier burger joint has become so bad!

Worst place i have ever been to in my life. Got on my plane amd they didnt even give me my fries. I went back and told them and they did not issue a refund or provide the fries and basically told me i was out of luck. Do not recommend!

Seriously, pay a premium price for a burger that only comes with a bun and a patty. No lettuce, tomato or anything else.

We order from here since opening. But it's so disheartening every time you go in its one staff member working only, we order online hour before our lunch break, and never do they have the food ready, or we get in there and we get told oh we don't have that oh btw don't have that either like seriously are you lazy and not want to cook or what its ridiculous update your site to all food you dont have .

Ate at the West Boca location on Glades. Horrible food. Fries were all burnt and taste horrible. Has a shake that was bitter and the spicy chicken sandwich was substandard. Expect better for an $18 plus meal. Very disappointed.
